The opening for the replacement wicks is behind the grille on the bottom front of the humidifier. To replace the wicks you first have to remove both bottles then depress both side latches to remove the grille. Next remove the old wick and replace with the new one. Finally, replace the grille and the bottles to their original position.1 of 1
