The Gaggia Baby Class Espresso Machine - Stainless Steel (model:12300) comes with a beautiful brushed stainless steel exterior and stylish brewing controls to match. This excellent machine adds elegance to Gaggia's traditional design. It also has commercial quality brewing components for increased durability and an overall better cup of coffee. Featuring a chrome-plated brass brew group, a heavy 58mm commercial style portafilter and a three-way solenoid valve, this incredible product has the powerful internal components to compliment its stainless steel finish.

For increased temperature stability, the Baby Class contains a unique boiler system with two heating elements. This heating system provides even heat distribution and speeding up the initial heat-up process. The magnificent machine is also equipped with a Turbo Frother with a multi-positional Pannarello wand, to take the guesswork out of frothing and steaming. This machine also houses a large 60 oz water reservoir, which can be removed or filled in place for added convenience. Perfection for those who love their coffee in the morning!

This machine is wonderful! This is my first venture into espresso machines and I absolutely love it. I make espressos and lattes better than the ones I pay [$] for. Only question is where to find accessory parts listed in the manual. Any ideas? March 9, 2009
