My husband uses this for warming up his lunch while at work and he says it does such a great job that if he doesn't remember to unpug it, his food will be so hot that he can't eat it!

The ideal cooling temperature of a refrigerator is 35°-38°F. The cooler will definitely keep sodas properly cool. However, depending on the type of medicine you use, this cooler may or may not be ideal. This would depend on whether your medicines needed to be chilled or frozen.That being said, the cooler is great for keeping drinks and other items that you would normally store in a fridge at a healthy, bacteria-free temperature.
