The Model 498 professional quality sharpener offers two-stage sharpening that never detempers, using 100% diamond abrasives. The first stage diamond-coated disk sharpens the blade, while the second stage hones and polishes the slicing blade edge. Excellent for both fine edge and serrated edge blades. The Chefs Choice Electric Slicer Blade Sharpener 498 is designed for Chef's Choice electric slicer models 620, 625, 630, 632, 640, and 645.
