I normally do not fill out surveys, but I had an exceptional experience that is worth mentioning. My portable air conditioner arrived on time, but unfortunately did not work due to a manufacturing defect of a dislodged wire. I called your company on Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend and your associate was very courteous and helpful, but was unable to reach the company service program initially. After your associate and I had hung up, your associate kept trying to help and was able to have the company call me at 5:30pm that Friday. The company rep was equally impressive, calling me back as he drove home from work that day to talk me through the simple repair of reattaching the wire and making my unit work. My family had air conditioning for the record-setting heat for the weekend because both your associate and the company's associate went above and beyond in customer service when they easily could have just stopped trying for the holiday weekend.
