The Chef's Choice Professional Meat Grinder (model: 750) is a commercial quality meat grinder meets the needs of the professional chef as well as the gourmet cook and outdoors enthusiast. Featuring all metal construction, the Model 750 is solid and sturdy, offering extremely quiet operation. Its rugged but extremely compact design (7" x 8" footprint) will out perform models 3 times its size and fits perfectly into any size kitchen.

State-of-the-art features like a generously sized polished stainless steel hopper for food staging, a large cast metal 1 3/4" throat, a 2 1/4" extruder tube for fast and easy feeding, a reverse switch to eliminate jams and blockages along with a power rating of 320 watts (maximum power of 1 1/2 hp) guarantee excellent results, time after time. For added safety, it comes with a re-settable motor overload protection switch. The unit includes a standard 0.18" (4.5 mm.) hole diameter stainless steel grinding plate.
