Deciphering Delivery Times
There are two components to total shipping time for orders.
- Once you place an order, we must process it and contact the shipping company to pick up the order from one of our warehouses.
- Once the shipping company picks up the order, they must deliver it.
Therefore, total time between you placing an order on our website or over the phone and you receiving the product at your delivery address can be determined equals the time it takes the order to ship (from our warehouse) plus the time in transit (with the shipping company). Time to Ship
We list the average time it takes products to ship from our warehouse on every product. Some products do ship more quickly than others, due to order volume, inventory status, and the efficiency of the warehouse shipping the product.
Our estimations of inventory status and "Times to Ship" are as fair and accurate as possible. Occasionally, a product might go out of stock. In these cases, you will be contacted with your options.
Time in Transit
All items, unless otherwise noted, ship with ground service - the most economical option. Some of our smaller products ship via UPS or Fedex. Most larger appliances ship via a truckline. Every product on the site notes which method is used to ship it. From the date of shipment,
ground service rarely takes more than 5-7 business days to reach its destination. Ground shipment can be faster than that if the point of shipment and point of delivery are geographically close together.
Unless otherwise noted or otherwise selected, all products ship via ground service by default. Expedited delivery is available on select products that ship via UPS or Fedex. If you would like expedited delivery, please select that option at checkout, if offered. If you are not offered the option for expedited shipping, that option is not available on that product.
Please note that we must still process your expedited order through our system, so an expedited order may still take several days to process before it ships from our warehouse.
