• Restaurants - 1.7lb (0.8 kg) per customer or 5.0lb (2.3kg) per seat
• Cocktail Lounge - 3lb (1.4 kg) per customer
• Salad Bar - Add 35lb (15.9 kg) per cubic foot of display. Multiply by 2 or 3 depending on estimated refills required
