CBK-200 - Cuisinart 2-Pound Convection Bread Maker

With 16 baking programs, shade selection and the ability to mix in ingredients mid-cycle, this bread maker allows you to create your own culinary masterpiece from the comfort of your home kitchen. The compact size makes its possible to bake bread or dinner rolls on the counter top while cooking an entrée in the oven.

To begin baking, select one of the 16 cycle presets using the Menu button, select the desired color and loaf size with the Crust and Loaf buttons (respectively), then push start. There's no need to manually set a timer as the bread maker determines the proper cook time based on the baking program selected.

  The preset baking cycles include White, Rapid White, Whole Wheat, Rapid Whole Wheat, French/Italian, Rapid French/Italian, Quick Bread/Cake, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Dough/Pizza Dough, Artisan Dough, Sweet Breads, Rapid Sweet Breads, Jam and Bake Only (10 min)



• Shade Selection:

  The Crust button allows you to choose the desired shade of the loaf (light, medium or dark) and can be applied to any of the preset baking cycles



• Mix-In Signal:

  For recipes with mix-ins such as fruit, nuts or chocolate chips, push the Mix-ins button prior to baking and an audible signal will indicate when the ingredients should be added
