BFP-10CH - Cuisinart PowerBlend Duet™ 7-Speed Blender/Food Processor

Technically a two-in-one appliance, the Cuisinart PowerBlend Duet&trade Blender/Food Processor (BFP-10CH) does the job of at least three common kitchen tools with several additional functions as well. Primarily used for blending and food processing purposes, it's also great as an ice crusher, making small ice flakes in seconds. For other culinary tasks, it can be set to pulse, stir, chop, mix or purée, all with the touch of a button.

In regular blending mode, the individual buttons allow for easily switching between speeds. The pulse function can be used in conjunction with any setting and is great for breaking up larger pieces. For food processing, use the 3-cup food processor attachment to utilize its integrated feed tube and pusher. Also included is a slicing/shredding disc and chopping blade, both of which are easy to remove and switch out when needed.

  Included with the PowerBlend Duet&trade is a 7-cup (52 oz.) glass blending jar with 2 oz. pour lid, a 3-cup (24 oz.) food processor attachment with feed tube and pusher, and two stainless steel discs (one chopping blade and one slicing/shredding disc)

  The control panel features a total of seven speed settings (Pulse, Stir, Chop, Mix, Purée, Food Processor and Ice Crush), all with LED lights to indicate which function is in use
