DCS 48" Professional Grill with Rotisserie, Side Burner

From the latest and greatest grilling technology to the most innovative design aspects, the DCS Traditional collection has it all. Not so "traditional" after all, this line delivers exceptional performance in grilling and rotisserie style roasting with advanced features such as the patented Grease Management System®, integrated Smart Beam® grill light and 9-volt battery safety ignition. In terms of efficiency, the Dedicated Infrared Rotisserie Burner provides controllable heat for roasting while Ceramic Radiant Technology supplies intense heat to the U-shaped grill burners.

The largest of the three Traditional models, this 48" Professional Grill (BGB48-BQR-L, BGB48-BQR-N) features three stainless steel grill burners and two integrated side burners for a total of 1123 square inches of cooking area. Within the primary cooking area is an integrated rotisserie burner, which can accommodate up to 50 pounds comfortably, and a smoker tray with a dedicated 3,500 BTU burner.
