    Danby 18" Built-In Dishwasher - White

This Danby 18-inch Dishwasher (DDW1809W) is a must for anyone with limited space! If you have a small space but you still need a quality dishwasher, this Danby 18 Inch Dishwasher is what you need! It measures less than 18 inches in width, so it can fit many places that conventional 24 Inch wide dishwashers cannot. The Danby 18 inch Dishwasher is perfect for small homes, apartments, RVs- anywhere short on space. The unfinished top and sides of this 18 inch dishwasher allow for easy installation. Plus, it is EnergyStar rated for excellent energy efficiency!

You might expect a product this unique to skimp on other features too, but that is hardly the case. The Danby 18 Inch Dishwasher features a stainless steel tub for long-lasting durability, convertible dish racks that adjust for regular or glass-only loads, 7 wash programs, super quiet operation and low water consumption.

Wise purchase Looks great, nice & quiet. With the help of a friend was able to get a direct wire from the main panel. We installed with great ease. Runs great & I am sure I am going to save a lot on my water bill. Put it on last thing after dinner, by morning everything is good & dry. May 25, 2014
Great Buy for Tight Kitchens I bought this unit primarily based on its size. I am happy to say that it provides and excellent value for the money. It is just right for 2 people and smaller kitchens. Long term use will tell, but it appears well built and is easy to use with few bells and whistles to break. Glenn May 21, 2014
Cleans well and quiet We have a 1930's home with a tiny kitchen that had never had a dishwasher before. We could only use an 18" dishwasher because of the space, so I gutted a cabinet and got to work. The dishwasher installed easily with my only problem being re-plumbing the sink since I have now learned I am no plumber! The directions were easy to understand and follow, and the dishwasher works perfectly. I was impressed with the shipping packaging also - box within a box with plenty of padding. It would be tough to damage. It cleans very well and is really quiet. I couldn't be happier with this dishwasher. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is limited on space. April 11, 2014
Good appliance for the money This compact dishwasher looks nice, was relatively easy to install, and cleans the dishes thoroughly. The only complaints my family had was that the manual does not thoroughly explain how to use the control settings (i.e. doesn't explain what the pictures on the dial mean, they are fairly self-explanatory but I would have liked a bit more instruction), but it only took us one or two tries to figure out how to run a desired cycle. The other thing is that the machine takes twice as long to wash dishes as my old dishwasher. It is an energy saving unit, so I understand it takes longer, and overall I can fit a bit more dishes in the unit due to the rack configuration. The racks are smaller than my old dishwasher, but it fits relatively the same amount of dishes. Overall we really love the dishwasher, these are just the little things we have noticed. We would not change our purchase, however, because the dishes get so clean :) March 26, 2014
