This wall oven has everything needed to do anything from baking cookies to making a perfect souffle. Cook more faster and with more precision using this oven's RapidHeat™ Bake Element and Four-Part Pure Convection™ system that work together to allow for more even baking and browning, faster preheating times, improved temperature specificity and absolutely no taste transfer between dishes. Six (6) separate cooking modes and six (6) control features including a 10-key touch pad two separate timers allow you to customize your cooking experience to best fit the needs of each cuisine you make.
Five (5) GlideRack™ oven racks able to be distributed in seven (7) different positions per oven give you plenty of options to help accommodate different sized dishes and to optimize the total 6.8 cu. ft. of total oven space. This oven's innovative Digital Temperature Probe will switch the unit into Automatic Hold mode when your specified internal food temperature is attained, and the convenient Reverse Air Cooling system ensures that the oven door is never too hot to touch. Due to its self-cleaning quality, maintenance and clean-up are practicallly effortless, and integrated halogen lighting allows for easy viewing of oven contents.
