The Dacor 30 Inch Classic Millennia Single Convection Wall Oven (MORS130B, MORS130S) will spoil even the most seasoned of chefs. With Dacor's patented RapidHeat™ 3,100W bake element under glass, you'll enjoy faster preheating and exceptionally even baking and browning. The Pure Convection™ system has a 2,200W heating element, fan, air baffle and convection filter that all work to reduce cooking time and provide superior heat distribution and eliminate flavor transfer. Choose from the six (6) cooking modes: convection bake, convection broil, convection roast, pure convection, bake and broil.

Its reverse air flow system keeps the oven door temperature cool to the touch and an automatic hold switches the oven into keep warm mode when the set cook time has finished to avoid overcooking. The Discovery controller features a full-color LCD display with glass touch controls and features: Dacor Guide, Saved Guide, Alphanumeric Keypad, 7-day Calendar, Color Customization, Delay Timed Cooking, Timed Cooking, and Automatic Hold. For the more advanced chefs this oven also features dehydrate and proof settings.
