    Danby 17 Bottle Wine Refrigerator 4.6 5 4 5
Best Small wine refrigerator ever-great low price This wine cooler is really a small refrigerator that has a thermostat just like you're home refrigerator . It has a compressor not a cheap cold plate that burns out due to lack of air circulation after a few years. It's just like my boat Refrig . Another good thing is that it's very quiet. Mine is in a closet that has a small grill top and bottom on the closet door for air to be drawn in and exhausted naturally..my thermostat is set on the minimum setting and I'm getting 54 degrees at the bottom for my red wine and 50 at the top for my whites. York can go colder if you feel it necessary. Great product. September 18, 2014
Exceeded my expectations--a little gem. This small, unobstrusive wine refrigerator is perfect. Though no larger than the size of a small cube refrigerator, it holds 17 bottles, is whisper quiet, and could fit into any decor. At medium setting it has kept my wine cooled to perfection. I also appreciate the generous warranty, although I suspect I will not be having a problem with this well-made product. January 28, 2013
Exactly as advertised Received quickly and in perfect condition. Good Packing Guys ! I have a 35 bottle Danby I use for wine. This unit is for cheese making...needs 50* and 80-90% humidity....this smaller unit will work well for that with wet sponges for the humidity. I'll be making French style goat cheeses and cheddars. This unit cycles quite often so I know it's trying to keep the temp exactly as set. Noise level is acceptable. Looks good sitting on top of my 35 Danby. January 4, 2012
Controlling Temperature Needs Work Since setting the unit up, I've found controlling the temperature difficult. There is no read-out for the internal temperature. I wanted to set the temperature [adjustment is in the back of the unit which could be difficult to access depending on where the unit is set-up] at 55F and store just red's. I find the temperature is either at 62+ or 50. So far I haven't been able to find the temperature I desire. Other than that the unit is very nice in appearance. Shelf design could use a bit of work as some wine bottles are slightly larger in diameter than others making storage difficult if not impossible. October 2, 2014
