Great Product I am very happy with this new dehumidifier. It pulls lots of water out of the air. It does not freeze up, and works good in a cooler room. The down side is that the bucket is hard to pull out to empty. Other than that it is a very simple to use machine. September 26, 2014
Replacement This unit replaced one that failed. Did not know which circuit board needed to be replaced. Probably the master. Seem to recall the price for the board was nearly half the cost of the same unit. Purchased the largest unit as a replacement.. Does a great job except for noise from fan. We like the concept of the fan always on. It circulates dry air into distant wet areas instead of shutting down until the wet air has moved to the unit. September 24, 2014
Third time purchaser Great product. Excellent performance. Keeps my basement bone dry. Each of the two previous units "die" right at the two year mark . . . . . so I know the life of the product. Excellent value. Good for another two years. September 19, 2014
Fairly good The product is easy to use, fairly quiet on low speed but the unit never shuts off. You can set the humidity level at whatever you want but when it gets to that humidity level it doesn't turn off. The fan runs continuously and therefore I don't believe it is very energy efficient .
