The Dimplex 23" Deluxe Electric Fireplace Insert (DFI2310) adds warmth and ambiance to your home all year long. This insert fits in your existing fireplace or Dimplex Expandable Trim Kit to provide the look and feel of a real fire without the soot, smoke and danger of a real flame. The built-in, fan-forced heater quietly warms an area up to 400 sq. ft., and you can turn on the 60-watt E-12 lights to create a fire's glow, even when the heater is off.

The unit runs on electricity and doesn't release the harmful carbon monoxide of a real fire. It's perfect for small fireplaces that can't accommodate large wooden logs, or for those who simply don't want the hassle of building, tending and cleaning a fire.
