product for my needs. At first struggled to slide the crumb tray into the oven. I had to keep referring to the manual just to figure out the buttons. I do like this brand and had owned toaster ovens in the past. I last one that I bought was 8 years ago and I don't think the quality of this one is as good. Trays seem to be not as strong as the older ones. October 18, 2009

I would recommend this toaster oven I like it a lot. Wish it were smaller though. I've been trying to get a toaster oven for a few years, and have bought and returned many as the new ones are reminiscent of my childhood easy bake oven, re: their ability to toast. This one does toast very well, so I am thrilled. June 30, 2009
