Very easy to assemble with straightforward and simple operation, you can make recipes that are as easy as plain vanilla or as decadent as you can dream up. Whether you are making ice-cream, low-fat frozen yogurt, smoothies, or other frozen beverages like margaritas, the ICM301SS has you covered. Fill the 1.6 quart capacity removable bowl with the ingredients of your choice, select a cycle time and press start. The ice cream maker does the rest, no need for tiring old fashioned stirring or churning. Choose from six (6) preset times: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 minutes depending on desired consistency. You can interrupt the cycle by holding down the start/stop button for three (3) seconds to check the progress of the ice cream, and if needed you can add operating time by pressing the timer during the cycle.

The extended cooling function automatically runs after the cycle ends, every other 10 minutes for an hour, just in case you have your hands full or forget about the ice cream. This way, it's kept cold and ready for you in the machine for an hour automatically, so you won't have any messy surprises if you can't remove it right away. When you start the machine the mixing and cooling functions begin immediately and both indicator lights will turn on. At the end of the cycle the machine will beep 10 times letting you know the ice cream is ready to serve. Remove the ice cream from the bowl with a plastic or wooden spoon to avoid scratching the bowl, and place straight into serving bowls or into a freezer container.
