Nice dehumidifier Quiet and working very well. My only suggestion is that perhaps they could make a dehumidifier where the screen could be cleaned without having to take the bucket out first. Also, not sure how energy efficient it is. September 11, 2014
great purchase I needed a good dehumidifier for a fair price. I didn't want to run aound town using gas and time. I went online and called many companies near me. Either their prices were too high or I would have to wait a week or two and pay shipping or pick it up myself. I found this one for a great price, fast delivery, came when promised!! Thank you! works perfectly and is very quiet We are very satisfied with this dehumidifier. It is energy efficient, quickly removing moisture from our basement. And, it is so quiet! Very happy. August 7, 2014
Excellent! This unit replaces a previous 50 pint/day dehumidifier which began having frost build up on the coils. This unit runs continuously. For the first 72 hours it did, indeed, pull roughly 50 pints/day out of the basement air. Once the humidity declined, the amount was reduced proportionally. The only "complaint" we have is that the exhaust air is directed upward rather than horizontally. As our basement goes around a central enclosed stairway, the horizontal flow efficiently circulated the air around the area. Not sure the upward exhaust will prove to be a significant detriment, however. We've found that dehumidifiers which run continuously last about three years on average in our situation before needing to be replaced. For what this particular machine does and with its low price tag, it's an exceptional deal, even if it has the average life span. Overall, we're extremely pleased. July 29, 2014
