Grill Dome Infinity Series Kamado Grill - Large - Black

Grill Dome listened to the customers, and added extra headroom for improved multiple level charcoal grilling on the new Infinity Series line of grills (100300, 100305, 100315). The Infinity series models are taller than their previous counterparts. Much of the increase in height is between the grill and top of the lid. You can cook on multiple levels much more effectively than many other ceramic cookers on the market. You can comfortably cook a 30lb turkey on this large model!

Grill Dome is the first company in the industry to offer premium Stainless Steel hardware standard, available on the Infinity Series grills. The Infinity Series features heavy duty 304 series stainless steel, so you can rest assured the hardware will stand the test of time. The Infinity series features the new TERAPEX© Ceramics, which can withstand much higher dome temperatures than the previous NGII ceramics (200 degrees more than NGII). TERAPEX© Ceramics are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, and also optimize the balance between porosity and density to deliver improved cooking results for a wider array of foods.
