Cant' live without it
If you live in a small apartment you need this washer I also have the compact dryer. I've been here 7 years and I wish I had it 7 years ago. I live on a 3rd floor of a walk up with laundry room on 1st floor, with a child it made doing laundry a nightmare. This waher & dryer made life so easy could not live withou it today. The washer & dryer paid for it's self in 6 months of laundry room cost and my electric bill has shown little increase about $4-$5 a month. The washer gets alot of use and washes as well as the first day I got it almost a year ago. I waited a year to realy see if this would be a good buy and tell prospective buyers what to realy expect. The only drawback is I'm only able to do a small load of wash at a time but since I'm not walking up and down the stairs it's a mute point. Also buy extra dryer filters in advance you will need them. Only suggestion put the dryer in the bathroom the humidity will make your apt hot but the fan in the bathroom helps, just keep the door open mine sits on a shelf which works great. Both are very quiet another plus. You can't go wrong with this set.

A Joy to Use
This compact, ultra light weight little washing machine performs like a full size washer requiring only a minimum amount of space. Fully automatic and whisper quiet it has been a joy using this machine. From washing towels to jeans to delicates and anything in between, we have not been disappointed with the results. I would recommend this machine to anyone who has space constraints.

Changed My Life
This machine works awesome. Don't let the size deceive you. It washes a whole sheet set. I've even done 5 pairs of jeans at once. Cleans well and offers all of the options the larger more expensive machines do.

A great little washer...
...that does the trick. For the smallest washer I could find on the market, this little machine does a fine job. I don't plan on filling it with mechanics overalls, but for regular clothes - some with barn dirt, it works just dandy.
I have to remember not to overfill it, but when I watch the load capacity
everything comes out bright and clean. I use only Purex Free liquid or LEO's all natural laundry powder, from New Hampshire. We live in a LITTLE cabin, so the size was important. I tuck it away until ready to use and roll it over to the bathtub - yes, it's a horse trough!. A quick hook up and I'm in the 20th century! As it comes with the casters, I didn't have to spend any extra money, just open the box and it's ready to use!

The staff answer makes it sound very complicated. The machine has a drain hose, which you set in a sink or bathtub, etc. Just like a regular washer, at the end of the cycle, it spins dry and all the water goes out. That thing about several different spin cycles doesn't make sense either. Maybe they mean it spins 7 times, not that it has different spin cycles to choose from. It has a lot of different cycles and most include a spin, but there is only 1 type of spin.

To extract water, you will need to disconnect the drain hose. Make sure that the end of the hose is placed higher than the bottom of the machine. For spin cycles, this unit offers six different options to choose from.Details:

Not really, no. Not unless it's a very very thin blanket.

Hey KaJo,This unit provides 1 cubic foot for space, which is usually good for about 6 pounds of clothing or washables.
Your blanket fitting well will probably be dependent on the type of blanket you are referring to.
I would say that queen-sized cotton sheets and blankets will probably fit, but a comforter will not necessarily wash effectively.

Yup. You hook it up, press the power button, select the cycle, select the water level, and press start ... then come back to laundry that is ready to hang up or throw in the dryer.

I haven't tried T-shirts. But I have washed 20 diapers, or 1 king sized sheet, or 2 big thick bath towels. I'm thinking 10 T-shirts?It is one cubic foot, so take a 12x12x12 box and see what fits inside ... ?

You can use the sink when it's not in use, because you pop the hose on and off your sink with a special fitting, when you use it. The hose is a couple of feet long.
