When you turn it on it will take about 15 minutes to reach operating temperature. It may take up to a couple of hours for your towels to become completely warm/dry. Avoid using your towel warmer in a drafty area, as this will reduce the heating performance of the unit. * For best results when warming, towels should be folded to double thickness. This helps trap the heat in the fiber of the towel. You can put more than one towel on the Towel Warmer. In fact, the more towels you put on the towel warmer the better it works! For quickest drying results the towel should be unfolded to allow the moisture to escape quickly.
** When drying items and garments on your Towel Warmer it is important that a towel is placed over the rail and the garments are placed on top of the towel.
