This "Open Box" product is in excellent condition. Each unit is a fully functional return item with little or no cosmetic blemishes. The product has been tested for quality assurance and is certified "Open Box". Please note that all "Open Box" units include the original manufacturer’s warranty but are not eligible for a “buyer’s remorse” return.

The Undercounter Clear Ice Maker by EdgeStar (model: IB450SSOB) produces up to 45 lbs. of restaurant quality ice cubes per day. Complete with a reversible, commercial grade stainless steel wrapped door, it will be a simple addition to any well designed kitchen or home bar. At a height of 32.8” and equipped with a front venting system, The EdgeStar can be built in under most counters; however, it also has finished sides if you wish for it to stand on its own.

Other key features of the EdgeStar IB450SSOB Undercounter Clear Ice Maker include a curved stainless steel handle, 25 lbs. of storage, adjustable cube sizes, and easy to use computerized controls to simplify operation. The adjustable leveling legs ensure that this icemaker will fit perfectly in any room, whether it is built into custom cabinetry or let to stand alone. It produces clear, hard, cubed ice and includes a removable ice bin with an ice scoop.

This Stainless Steel Undercounter Clear Ice Maker runs on a standard household 115 volt outlet and has a simple 3 step installation to start making ice: Hook up the water line, run the line to drain, and plug in the unit.

Note: Installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended. While it is well insulated, this icemaker is not a freezer. The drain line included with this maker is gravity-only. A condensate pump is needed for pumping the water to any location other than a close-by floor drain.

Good quality purchase Very satisfied with product. Was replacing a previous icemaker that was same size to fix undercounter so it was very easy to install. Pleased with the size and shape of the ice and it works as it's supposed to. The only thing I would change next time is the color. The stainless steel shows fingerprints badly but doesn't affect the icemaker's performance. September 30, 2010
nice product The apparatus was installed by my handyman and it works very well. I was glad to have the feedback from others about the drainage issue. we just put a drain to go under the house, I haven't seen any issue yet. It was an OB item so it did come with the ding, but they gave me a little discount which was nice. However, be advised that the rebate does not go for OB purchases (something I didn't know when I bought it - didn't see the fine print). One thing is that it is a bit loud and it does run nearly constantly (maybe we use a lot of ice). Waiting to see how this effects my electricity and water bill. October 19, 2010
