The cooling area of this unit is 280 sq. feet with a 7,000 BTU output capacity, making it great for a small to medium sized room. The unit can put out around 3,850 BTU's in heating power letting it fully heat a similar sized room as the cooling capacity.

Both the heating and the cooling functions of the unit benefit from four (4) way air deflection that sends the air traveling in all directions to ensure that air is circulated fully and evenly throughout the room so that there are no unwanted hot or cold spots in the room. Multiple fan speeds are also available for both heating and cooling, so you can pinpoint the exact amount of output you would like your unit to be producing. An adjustable thermostat can be controlled with a push button digital control panel on the front of the air conditioner, or via remote control for user convenience and ease. The unit also has a built in 12 hour timer that lets you set the unit to cool or heat while you are there, and then turn off automatically after the determined period.
