Simple and Effective Simple to use dials and very effective microwave. Excellent price! September 5, 2011

Overall size mis-stated on product info We needed a microwave of certain dimensions to fit a small area on our boat. According to the product information, this unit would fit our space so we ordered it. When it was received, the product dimension was greater in height by about 5/8 inch and would not fit in our area. Although contacting Customer Service was difficult, we were finally able to do so and get the product returned - shipping paid by company. Were overall pleased with the customer service and would recommend doing business again with this company. July 18, 2011
