The 'clever' name stems from the L-Shaped profile of the unit. The lever handle turns in a 500-Degree arc and creates thousands of pounds of leverage! It comes with a great 25-ounce stainless pouring pitcher for added convenience. The powder-coated steel makes the unit attractive to leave out on the counter, and the powerful rack and pinion gear system allow you to easily apply hundreds of pounds of pressure without much effort.
