The grate bars are flattened, allowing for a larger surface area to be in contact with the meat or vegetables, along with the superior thermal mass providing excellent searing and even cooking

  The three (3) burners are made of stamped durable and efficient stainless steel. They provide concentrated and efficient cooking power with 30,000 British Thermal Units (BTUs). The three burners are placed left to right, in line with the control valves, allowing for indirect cooking by utilizing the two outside burners
