With two independently controlled infrared burners, this grill adds a 465 sq. in. cooking area to your grilling arsenal. Infrared burners are designed to quickly lock in the flavor and juices of your foods, cutting down on cooking time and helping you create mouthwatering meals.
These burners have a 30,000 BTU burner ability, that makes this sizzle zone strong enough to cook even the heartiest meals. This sizzle zone has its own independent electronic ignition system, and adjustable control knobs for added user convenience and ease of use. The lid of this sizzle zone is stainless steel and built with roll top technology that makes it space efficient and smooth acting. A warming shelf is built into the top of this shelf to allow you to warm, or reduce the temperature on foods as you finish creating your masterpieces.
