This P3 International Mold Alert Thermo-Hygrometer (P3-P0270) is perfect for monitoring humidity and temperature to protect against mold. Molds don't need water to grow - only relative humidity levels above 65%. Keeping your humidity below 50% will inhibit mold and mildew growth, dust mite infestations, and bacteria.
Preventing mold and damp patches first requires knowing if potential for a problem exists. This thermo-hygrometer's Swiss precision sensor allows the unit to give accurate measurements when checking a room's ambient condition.
