The PowerStar AE9.5 Electric Instantaneous Point-of-Use Water Heater can provide 1.5 gallons per minute with a 40 degree F temperature rise -- enough to supply a single sink. The PowerStar AE9.5 requires 240 or 208 Volts. On 240 Volts, the AE9.5 draws 40/20 AMPs on High/Low, and generates 9.5 kW of heat on High and 4.75 kW of heat on Low. On 208 Volts, the AE9.5 draws 35/18 AMPs on High/Low, and generates 7.1 kW of heat on High and 3.5 kW of heat on Low.

PowerStar instantaneous electric point-of-use tankless water heaters install at the sink and provide endless hot water while eliminating wasteful cold water runout. The PowerStar saves energy and water, and comes with a 5-year warranty. PowerStar point-of-use heaters are not designed to accept preheated water.
