The PowerStar AE125 electric tankless water heater is designed to replace an electric storage tank heater. Advantages include endless hot water, dramatically reduced electricity costs and substantial space savings. It is meant to heat a major single application at a time (One shower, dishwasher, washer, etc.). Electric tankless water heaters can be a great option when you don't have the ability to vent a gas model and/or where your external water temperatures are warm.

Please note that the PowerStar AE125 requires 240/220 Volts and draws 120 Amps (3 x 40 Amp Breakers) when providing hot water. It has a 95% efficiency rating. It can provide 3.7 gallons per minute for water usage at 105ºF* - 2 sinks simultaneously or 1 shower or bathtub. It can provide 3.0 gallons per minute for water usage at 115ºF* - 2 sinks simultaneously or 1 dishwasher.
