The Rheem RTG74PVP tankless hot water heater is an Indoor unit powered by Liquid Propane that turns on when you open a hot water faucet and turns off when you close the faucet, so the energy consumed is only for the hot water being used. Since there is no storage of hot water and thus no constant heating and re-heating of stored hot water, you're not wasting energy heating water when you don't need it.

Key features include: 7.4 gpm at a 45ºF temperature rise; electronic ignition to increase efficiency; remote control thermostat; digital temperature display; built-in electric blower to force exhaust gas outside; environmentally friendly low NOx burner; and a 5-year limited warranty on parts (12 years on heat exchanger.)
