The Summit Single Zone Built-In Induction Cooktop (model: SINC1110) is a one zone, smooth-top, built-in cooktop. It cooks in as little as half the time, and can use half the energy of conventional electric smooth-tops or coil elements. It features genuine Ceran™ black glass with a beveled edge, and has 1800 watts of power. Other features include 10 variable power settings, touch controls and digital displays. Safety features include a child lock, an automatic safety switch off and a residual heat indicator. It also has easy clean up and an elegant black finish!

Included is a 7 piece induction cookware set, that includes one 9 ½ inch skillet, one 5 quart casserole with glass lid, and a 3 quart and 5 quart saucepan with glass lids. Each piece of cookware has a triple layer bottom that includes a magnetic core. This allows the cookware to function on induction cooktops. A layer of aluminum helps to evenly distribute the magnetic-generated heat created inside the pot or pan.
