The Sunpentown Digital Super Turbo Oven (SO-2001) can be used to bake, grill, roast or steam in very little time, using convection heat. Convection cooking circulates fan-forced heated air over surfaces evenly and maintains even temperature, preserving nutrients and keeping meats tender.

The (SO-2001) convection oven features a high temperature safety Pyrex glass body for handling the unit's ability to heat up to 500°F. It also features a digital control panel with a preset timer up to 12 hours, and precise temperature control.
