Not a bad little machine I tested with just one load. Reading instructions, I see that you need to fill only to half when you are going to continue on with using the dryer cycle after wash. I washed a medium to small sized load of dark men's undies, socks, tee shirts on the cotton setting, high dry. The time was 2 hrs 20 minutes which is about half an hour longer than the Laundromat would run. I think that is acceptable for a water and energy saving appliance. The machine was a bit noisier than I would like for an apartment, but much quieter than the huge machines I have in the basement. I have heard quieter machines but this is OK I guess but the fact that it runs so long, you have to listen to it for a long time. The clothing came out well, it was dry but cool. I had to go to bed before it was done, so unloaded next morning. All undies and socks were fine, the tee shirt with lycra and cotton fine, the 100% cotton tee shirts were wrinkled. I dont know if I had stayed up and taken them out right away, if that would have been better or make no difference. TBD. April 9, 2014
Washer/Dryer Combo I was so excited to get my new washer/dryer combo, however, I am very disappointed in its performance. The washer works pretty well, but the dryer doesn't work very well at all. The efficiency is defeated by having to run it several times to get the clothes dry. The clothes are then very wrinkled. I even tried 3 or 4 small items and they still didn't get dry in one cycle. I am VERY disappointed. I can't send it back without the original packaging, which I had to cut up in order to get the machine out. May 10, 2012
