Yakima RailGrab Towers - Set of 4
Yakima RailGrab Towers (8000138) provide a sturdy, secure base for roof rack systems, holding crossbars into place and locking them to the roof of your vehicle. Designed to have a broad range of fit, RailGrab Towers are able to attach to factory raised rails, flush siderails and most other rails you may have on your vehicle. Installing a complete roof rack system is possible for most every vehicle on the market and enables you to haul gear, equipment and large loads with ease.
Typical roof rack systems require three components: landing pads, control towers and crossbars. Yakima RailGrab Towers on the other hand, act as both the car-to-tower connector (landing pad) and the tower-to-crossbar connector (control tower). Combining these two components makes installation quicker and easier, reduces rattling during transport and lessens the likelihood of pieces becoming loose or lost over time.
Complete Rack System:
RailGrab Towers are only one component of a complete base rack system. Building an entire roof rack system also requires a set of 2 Yakima Crossbars (sold separately), available in 48" (8000408), 58" (8000409), 66" (8000410) or 78" (8000411)Cross Compatible:
RailGrab Towers are designed to have a broad range of fit, attaching to most factory rails already on your car and accommodating any Yakima crossbar size you choose
