The Nor-Lake AdvantEDGE (NLSMP72-30) Mega Top Three Door Sandwich Food Prep Refrigerator was specifically created to keep your food products chilled at a controlled temperature, either in its spacious pan well or inside the refrigerator itself. The three door design means that this refrigerator is large enough to fit into a considerable space, giving you the option for plenty of storage in the pan well and within. It has been equipped with a variety of features to ensure that the refrigeration is self-contained, and that the temperature you choose is maintained to retain the quality of the products you store inside.

Insulation and refrigeration: The three doors of the NLSMP72-30 are self-closing. The complete cabinet and doors are foam-in-place insulated with polyurethane and the refrigerant flow is controlled by a capillary tube, so your products are guaranteed to be kept cool within the contained environment. The condensation is automatically collected and evaporated from a hot gas style vaporizer

Stainless Steel finish: The interior and the exterior of the refrigerator is Stainless Steel, making it very easy to clean and maintain

Temperature: As there are two ways to refrigerate food with this model, there are two temperature ranges. The pan well is able to store products at 33F to 41F, and the storage area inside of the refrigerator ranges from 34F to 38F
