This is an amazing company that still believes in exceptional customer service. I had a problem with a previously purchased item and because of the understanding, cooperative and immediate way they handled that issue, I truly wanted to buy something from them again. CA provided so much information that I could make an informed decision about this product. I was very comfortable buying a brand I had never heard of and am glad I did. Who says customer service is dead and unnecessary? It is alive and well at CA. I will look to Compact Appliances for my purchases again. Thank you.
