Royal Range 48" Heavy Duty Thermostatic Gas Griddle with 3/4" Plate
Prep your restaurant kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes with the Royal Range Heavy Duty Thermostatic Gas Griddle (RTG-48). At the forefront of this griddle is an energy-saving thermostat, adjustable from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The griddle sports a low profile at only 11", but boasts a 1.5-gallon Stainless Steel grease can for heavy use. Its heavy-gauge chassis is ready to stand up to heavy use over a long period of time, while its Stainless Steel sides, front valve cover, and ledge make clean up incredibly easy. For each 12" of griddle, a steel u-shaped burner pumps out up to 30,000 BTU of power to heat its polished griddle plate, with manual control for anything from eggs to burners.

This item ships via Freight Line Carrier Delivery times related to this ship method are usually between 3 to 7 business days once the item leaves the warehouse.
