Royal Range 48" Manual Control Commercial Gas Griddle
Prep your restaurant kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes with the Royal Range Manual Control Commercial Gas Griddle (RMG-48). The griddle sports a low profile at only 11", but boasts a 1.5-gallon Stainless Steel grease can for heavy use. Its heavy-gauge chassis is ready to stand up to heavy use over a long period of time, while its Stainless Steel sides, front valve cover, and ledge make clean up incredibly easy. For each 12" of griddle, a steel u-shaped burner pumps out up to 30,000 BTU of power to heat its 3/4 -thick polished griddle plate, with manual control for anything from eggs to burners.

This item ships via Freight Line Carrier Delivery times related to this ship method are usually between 3 to 7 business days once the item leaves the warehouse.
