These units are large and powerful and can get the job done significantly faster than a regular fan. Turbo air movers direct airflow underneath carpet and use high static pressure. Axial air movers use less static pressure and draw much less amperage, they also are best suited for top-down drying. Before purchasing, consider whether you will need a unit that is stackable, has built-in legs and what amperage would be best for your space.
