Outfit your commercial kitchen with the effective cleaning power of the Fagor Evo Concept+ High-Temp Undercounter Commercial Dishwasher (COP-504W). Dual Effi-Wash and Effi-Rinse systems ensure that dishes, glasses, and flatware run through the machine come out sparkling and ready for return to a busy dining floor. Mechanical action and clean water work together with built-in detergent and rinse pumps to cleanse dishes before a pressure pump and air-brake system ensure a linear 180-degree (F) full rinse cycle.
The dishwasher can handle up to 40 standard-sized (20"x20") racks an hour, and its power level can easily change down to 14 an hour to accommodate consumption and production needs. Its door is rock-counterbalanced, and features a 3-step opening system. Its high-quality Stainless Steel body is built to last with a stamped design, and its control panel is rated IPX4 to withstand heavy use and water contact. The dishwasher features a 15 1/4" clearance, and its undercounter design can accommodate tight spaces.

This item ships via Freight Line Carrier Delivery times related to this ship method are usually between 3 to 7 business days once the item leaves the warehouse. We will forward tracking information to you once the product leaves our warehouse. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment as a delivery signature is required.
