Fagor 55" Sushi Case
The Fagor 55" Sushi Case (VTP-139-SL) brings dual display and cooling function your restaurant countertop. An elegantly curved front glass display allows wide views of your fresh ingredients, proudly displayed in a series across a ribbed ABS tray. There, they'll maintain a constant and safe temperature between 36 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit thanks to a dual bottom cold plate and top evaporator coil system, ensuring that fish and ingredients are always fresh. The handsome Stainless Steel cabinet also features rear sliding glass doors for incredibly easy access to dishes and ingredients.

This item ships via Freight Line Carrier Delivery times related to this ship method are usually between 3 to 7 business days once the item leaves the warehouse.
