2010 Free Returns & Extended Return Policy
Shop early with one of the LivingDirect network of sites and get extended returns through January 15th as well as Free Return shipping on all Buyer's Remorse returns. How does the program work?
1: Buy any product that ships via: UPS/Fedex between November 6th and November 30th. To verify if the product qualifies simply look for the FREE HOLIDAY RETURNS icon on any product page or select the "Shipping" tab on any product detail page. Any product that ships via "Freight Line" carrier does not apply to the free returns policy.
2: We automatically extend our normal 30 day return policy until January 15th to allow for any gift items to be returned to us

To take advantage of our free holiday return policy the purchase must take place through an authorized Living Direct website or call center and fall within the November 6th to November 30th time frame. Only items that ship out via UPS or FedEx ground are eligible. Items that ship out via freight line carrier are subject to our regular return policy which may be reviewed by selecting this link. You must request a return RA from our customer service department before January 15, 2010. (800) 297-6076, M-F, 8am to 5pm CST. Returned products must be in a new, fully functional, and undamaged condition. Products must include the original box (including over boxing,) packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Once the item is received back into our warehouse full credit will be issued back to the original payment source within 2 weeks. *Open box clearance items are not eligible for any type of buyer's remorse return.
