The Moffat (E27M2) Manual Electric Full-Size Tray Turbofan Convection Oven is designed not only to be effective in its cooking function, but also to be highly practical. An easy clean glass door system, paired with the units Stainless Steel assembly, make the unit easier to clean, meaning no more scrubbing at tough grease stains. The temperature range of 50 to 260 degrees centigrade is easily controlled through a mechanical thermostat, allowing you to accurately choose the correct operating temperature for your recipe.
Fan System: The bi-directional reversing fan system provides the units effective convection cooking. This item ships via Freight Line Carrier Delivery times related to this ship method are usually between 3 to 7 business days once the item leaves the warehouse.
