Capacity: As these ovens are double stacked, they have the capacity to hold 10 full size sheet pans. With the add 3 1/3" spacing between the trays, you have the ability to cook plenty of foods at once

Temperature: This oven has a temperature range of 150F550F and can be controlled through the digital temperature display. This heat is delivered to the oven chamber via the dual halogen lamps, ensuring that your products will be cooked thoroughly
