12" Electric Hot Plate

For quick and easy pot boiling or frying, this compact low-profile hotplate from Royal Range provides a helpful way to quickly heat up food without being tied down to a heavy-duty oven unit. This RHPE-12-1 electrical hotplate comes with a single cast iron burner with immediate ignition operating at 30,000 BTU/hr which is fitted with a removable non-clog lift off head to keep the burner from underperforming due to food jamming. The rest of the hotplate is sturdy too, with Stainless Steel sides, front valve and ledge and a heavy gauge chassis to guarantee a long lifespan. The burner works underneath a 12 x 12 top grate that works perfectly for holding pots and pans.

30,000 BTU/hr:Although this hotplate is small, and only utilizes one burner, it has an output of 30,000 BTU/hr, to help rapidly boil or heat up any food placed on its surface
