24" Thermostat Control Electric Griddle

For comfortable and easy griddle cooking, which still provides excellent quality frying, the RTGE-24 electric griddle from Royal Range is what your commercial kitchen/workplace needs. This griddle works with a thermostat that allows temperatures between 150F - 450F with two high-powered burners heating the plate. The burners are aided by aeration panels at either side to provide more concentrated and efficient heating to the plate. The plate itself is 0.75 thick polished steel and is 24 wide - providing you with a wealth of space to cook a wide variety of food. This griddle keeps itself clean too, with a Stainless Steel grease trough that collects the excess grease for proper disposal once cooking has finished.

150F - 450F:This griddle works to high temperatures and keeps the entirety of the griddle plate the same temperature to make best use of the 36 x 24 of space available

U-Shaped Burners:This griddle operates with two powerful U-shaped burners which heat the griddle up rapidly. The burners also have aeration panels in between them to help the burners perform more efficiently

Ergonomic Design:The griddle has a low profile design, making it well-suited to countertop use

Keeps Clean:This griddle comes included with a Stainless Steel grease trough for collecting excess grease, as well as a grease can for storing your grease - ready for application. The can is capable of holding a maximum capacity of 1.5 gallons
