Southbend SE36A-TTH 36" Electric Resturant Range- 12" Hot Top, Convection Oven and 24" Griddle
Southbend offers restaurants an easy way to consolidate all the needs of a busy dining environment into one multi-functioning machine that can cook high caliber food in bulk with no hassle. Introducing the Southbend SE36-TTH, a convection oven which is also a 12" hotplate and a 24" griddle. The convection oven heats to a level of 150° - 450° F with its two burners - equally cooking everything inside with a practical interior blower fan to keep the entire area one uniform temperature. The griddle works to the same temperature, but provides a more hands-on cooking experience - with splash guards on its sides and rear to keep mess to a minimum, and a special grease chute that drains excess grease into a grease drawer for easy unloading. The hotplate, as well as the oven and griddle, controls thermostatically, and can reach intense heats of up to 250° - 850° F - perfect for boiling and frying while focusing on other kitchen duties.
No Gas Required:This oven combo only heats electrically - making it safer and more cost-effective when it comes round to paying the utility bills
Heavy Duty Construction:Has a stainless steel inner lining and door lining - front, sides and back are comprised of stainless steel held together in a welded aluminized steel frame
Includes Griddle And Hot Top:Designed with multi-tasking in mind - you can be roasting something ni the oven, while boiling something above the hot-top, and still be giving the griddle your full attention while you grill
Easy To Service Without Moving:Designed to be easy to access and perform maintenance on from the front of the machine - removing the hassle of needing to move the oven away from the wall
Full Temperature Control:Everything is controlled with user-friendly thermostatic controls, allowing the oven and griddle to heat at 150° - 450° F and the hotplate to heat at 250° - 850° F
Anti-Grease DesignGrease troughs are positioned at the front and rear of this machine, with the griddle also being fitted with splash guards and a grease chute
